Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility is an emerging gynae sub speciality in Bangladesh. The Department of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University provides quality service at an affordable cost to a large number of infertile couples. The IVF program has not flourished mainly because of the high procedural cost. My job here as faculty is rewarded by the satisfaction of the patients and the legacy of postgraduate trainees.
